• Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors
• Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment
• Reviews and analyzes production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operation or production problems
• Compiles, stores, and retrieves equipment checklist
• Innovation, testing, and development of new products
• Conduct safety meetings and production meetings
• On-going teaching, training, and development of personnel
• Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, manage budget and cost controls, and to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered -Job Specifications or QualificationsCertificates, Licenses, Registration: - PCI Certified - preferred; OSHA 10 PreferredEducation: - High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is requiredExperience: 5 to 7 years prior or related experience required in precast concreteSupervisory Experience: 3 to 5 years requiredComfortable with Independent Decision MakingAPPLY TODAY!
