Support student learning in an elementary school setting as a highly-qualified paraprofessional in Blaine, MN. This contract position offers 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a schedule from 9:10 AM to 4:10 PM, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The assignment runs from March 23, 2026, to June 5, 2026. Key Responsibilities: Assist licensed teachers by providing targeted support to students in the classroom Work closely with students to help them succeed academically and socially Support classroom management and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and staff to meet student needs Qualifications: Must be highly qualified by satisfying one of the following: Pass the Minnesota Boards Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Exam, or Possess at least 60 college credits (official transcripts required; diplomas alone do not qualify) Experience working in elementary education preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to support diverse learners and work collaboratively with school staff Location: 12576 Lever St NE, Blaine, MN 55449 Benefits: Opportunity to transition to a direct hire position with the district after 120 days Gain valuable experience supporting elementary students in a dynamic environment Work a consistent daytime schedule Monday through Friday Qualified candidates who meet the requirements are invited to apply.
