At Mayo Clinic, we dedicate ourselves to providing expert, whole-person care, ensuring each patient receives the outstanding service they deserve. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts. Assist nurses and other healthcare providers in the delivery of patient care. Handle communication with patients, families, and other departments to facilitate care. Manage unit supplies and ensure all necessary materials are stocked and organized. Coordinate patient appointments and prepare rooms for new admissions. Monitor unit activities and report any issues to the nursing staff promptly. Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of medical terminology Proficiency in electronic medical record systems Compassion and patience in dealing with patients and families Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent is preferred.
