Conduct basic patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors, including checking vital signs and administering medication. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions. Assist in patient hygiene, feeding, and other basic care activities. Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient health records and report any discrepancies to the supervising doctor or nurse. Educate patients and their families on appropriate home healthcare strategies and procedures.
