Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a dedicated Administrator to join our team, enhancing our mission to deliver outstanding healthcare services to underserved communities. As a pivotal member of our administrative team, you will oversee the execution of administrative protocols and procedures, aiming to streamline operations and support the Center’s holistic health and wellness initiatives. This role requires a highly organized individual with a passion for community service and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Coordinate and oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Implement and optimize operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency. Manage staff schedules, assignments, and communication. Prepare and review operational documents and reports. Liaise with department heads and external partners to ensure coordinated efforts towards common goals. Monitor budgeting, purchasing, and inventory of office and medical supplies. Assist in organizing community outreach and health education programs.
