Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of windows and doors according to company standards. Monitor product quality, making adjustments as needed to meet specifications and quality standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhance production efficiency and safety. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA regulations. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals while ensuring adherence to timelines and schedules. Assist in inventory management and the warehousing of materials and finished products. Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging and the shipping of finished goods. Proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery typically used in the production of windows and doors. Ability to read and interpret production drawings and blueprints.
