If you're looking for a rewarding role in a supportive, nonprofit community, we'd love to have you join our team!Position Type: -Full-TimeBonus: -$10,000New Wages: -$26.20 - $31.57 per hour based on experienceShift Differential: $3 / hour for Night ShiftLocation: -710 S Kenwood Avenue, Moose Lake, Minnesota 55767Full-Time Shifts: -Evenings (2:15 pm to 10:45 pm) and Nights (NOC) (10:15 pm to 6:45 am) (including every other weekend)Licensed Practical Nurse Duties:

• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
• Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
• Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
• Documents care using electronic charting systems.
• Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
  • Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
