You will be the bridge between customer needs and innovative solutions, working with teams across the company to bring ideas to life.
  Key Responsibilities
  • Voice of the Customer - Gather insights, analyze market trends, and ensure our products align with customer needs.
  • New Product Development - Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, from concept to launch.
  • Product Roadmap - Define and manage the product lifecycle, keeping us ahead of the competition.
  • Marketing of Products - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop sales materials and promotional strategies.
  • Coordination of Tradeshows - Support event planning and execution to maximize product exposure and customer engagement.Requirements:What We're Looking For
    • Degree in Industrial Product Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Five or more years of experience in product management, marketing, or leading cross-functional teams.
    • Experience in manufacturing (preferred)
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into action.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and make smart business decisions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote).
