Interim Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. As a Dental Hygienist at Interim Healthcare Staffing, you will work closely with our dentists to provide top-notch dental care to our valued patients. You will play a key role in promoting oral health by completing dental prophylaxis, educating patients, and providing other preventive dental care.
Hourly rates range from $66-$70 depending on experience! -BENEFITS:

  • Must be a licensed dental hygienist in the state of Minnesota.
  • Must be able to perform all duties within the scope of practice established by regulations and rules of the State of Minnesota and the Minnesota Board of Dentistry that the dentist(s) delegates. - For newly established functions, you must complete applicable credentialing or certification requirements in a reasonable time after appropriate training is available.
  • Proven ability to perform as a part of a team composed of dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and clerical staff.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Must have good visual acuity and hand-eye coordination.
    • Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms.
    • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time (60 minutes or longer).
    • Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in other languages may be required.ACCOUNTABILITIES:
      • Able to perform all duties in accordance with the Minnesota Board of Dentistry rules and regulations.
      • Responsible for knowledge and performance of clinical emergency procedures.
      • Responsible for implementing policies, procedures, and treatment guidelines.
      • Responsible for schedule management and schedule flow of one's patient schedules to assure efficient clinic schedules.
      • Responsible for the maintenance of patient-care-related equipment, supplies and processes.
      • Uses appropriate systems, automated or manual, to record and maintain accurate patient records and other information.
      • Responsible for maintenance of recall process. - Able to work with clerical staff to maintain a recall system.
