Key Responsibilities:

Inform the design and development of Utilization Management (UM) policies and procedures
Partner with Analytics SMEs to monitor utilization patterns, identify trends, and explore solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance care coordination, reduce unnecessary services, and improve patient experiences


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in health care administration, public health, statistics, or economics with 2+ years of experience in creating strategy and/or operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to improve strategy
Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
