Genesis10 is seeking a Contract Review Lead for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 100% Remote.

Job Description:
We have a collection of contract agreements - and need to deidentify them, and any limits associated with data rights.


Required Basic Qualifications: The ideal candidate would have strong legal and contract analysis skills, with the ability to efficiently and accurately interpret contract terms (many of which are standard). Given the volume of contracts, we estimate that a proficient individual could spend an average of 5-10 minutes on each contract, with some exceptions requiring more time due to their complexity and number of amendments.


Desired skills: Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in document review
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to work independently


Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
