Help us make our Farm Fresh Goodness Great!Fully run, operate canteen and provide daily meal options for employees.Responsibilities: ---
Daily meal planning ---
Assistance in planning and accommodating meals for large group gatherings. ---
Preparing and cooking meals ---
Ordering all food, beverages, utensils, canteen supplies, etc. ---
Buying local produce and other fresh foods ---
Organizing and submitting till receipts ---
Acting as cashier when needed ---
Maintaining kitchen equipment ---
Creating and maintaining a food-safe environment ---
Supervising and training a staff of 10 seasonal employees ---
Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: ---
Willingness and ability to function in a team environment. ---
Good communication skills ---
Must be 18 years of age or older. ---
Ability to obtain Food Service Manager and/or ServSafe certifications if needed. ---
