Responsibilities:
--- Oversee the maintenance activities for all facilities and yards at Northland Companies in Longville, MN.
--- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for employees.
--- Manage inventory levels and order necessary supplies to support daily operations effectively.
--- Provide guidance and training to a team of employees under your supervision.
