HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview & Key Responsibilities): - Build and maintain customer and internal relationships
- Achieve annual sales goals in assigned territory
- Manage large installation projects with project management and supply chain teams
- Focus on automotive dealership, fleet, and municipal markets
- Develop new accounts through effective daily planning
- Manage equipment sales pipeline using CRM system
- Implement professional sales process and identify customer needs
- Collaborate with VP of Sales on territory activities
- Schedule projects and gather customer feedback with Installation team
- Assist Lube-Tech Regional and National sales teams
- Monitor competition and market trends
- Stay updated through workshops and professional networks
- Contribute to Sales and Enterprise goals
- Attend industry workshops and company events
- Remote work with travel to customer sites as required
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications): Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience Experience/Training: - 3-5 years capital equipment sales experience
- 5+ years calling on the automotive, fleet and/or municipal market segments with strong preference for equipment sales
- Ability to identify and influence key decision makers
- Proven strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- High-level of integrity, work ethic and accountability
- Effective written and oral communication skills
