*Join Ridgeview and Unlock Your Potential as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Float *As a *Registered Nurse (RN)- Float Pool in Waconia*, you will be responsible for delivering individualized patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.*Minimum Education/Work Experience for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Float ** Graduate of an accredited school of nursing*RN - Float Pool License/Certifications:** Current professional nurse licensure in Minnesota or if licensed in another state, a permit from the Minnesota Board of Nursing while the license application is in process* BLS Certification* ACLS* TNCC or successful completion of trauma education that meets the requirements of the state trauma system within one year of hire*RN Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in nursing*Knowledge/Skills/Abilities for a Float Registered Nurse** Demonstrate critical thinking and decision making* Ability to work autonomously and as a team* Capable of making independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem solving skills* Ability to work and multi-task in a high stress and fast paced environment* Ability to respond appropriately to unpredictable situations and diverse patient populations* Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above*Your Role*:As a nurse, you'll be at the forefront of healthcare, assessing patient health problems and needs.
