<li>Conduct software development &ndash; design, construct, implement - using Java on an SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) application. </li><li>Work in a dynamic change-focused Agile development environment </li><li>Work within a highly matrixed team environment with onshore and offshore resources </li><li>Ability to develop software in a rapid dynamic environment with an ability to create prototype software quickly </li><li>Creation and maintenance of code and system design documentation </li><li>Provide application support and systems maintenance for all application environments </li><li>Actively work to improve application software and development techniques </li><li>Willing to complete work in tight time frames, take ownership, and demonstrate commitment to complete work on-time in a quality manner. </li><li>Working experience with REST, WebSphere, Java, XML, IIB or WESB or WMB</li></ul>

&nbsp;<br><B>Qualifications</B><br><ul>

<li>BS Degree in Computer Science or related experience </li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Java EE or spring framework </li><li>Strong experience of one or more ORM technologies (like Hibernate, JPA, or similar) </li><li>Demonstrated success in building design patterns and software engineering best practices </li><li>Experience with automated unit testing technologies (Such as JUnit, Spock, or similar) </li><li>Good understanding of SQL, relational database modeling and design </li><li>Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills </li><li>Independent/go-getter attitude to keep yourself well-versed with new evolving technologies in application development landscape and be able to define how some of them can help in improving the work you are a part of now or in future </li></ul>
