<li>responsible for developing a project plan that is delivered within the agreed tolerances of time/budget. </li></ul>

<li>continuously work in partnership with different business and technical stakeholders. </li></ul>

<ul>

<li>responsible for the coordination of multi-disciplinary global project teams to deliver technology projects of varying size and complexity, focusing specifically on software projects.</li></ul>

<li><B>Formal Project Management</B> experience &ndash; 3+ years </li><li><B>PM methodology knowledge</B>&mdash;as you know, not every method works for every project, so we look for PM&rsquo;s that are knowledgeable with more than one of: &nbsp;Agile, Iterative, Waterfall, RUP, RAD, Scrum, JAD, SDLC, etc&hellip;</li><li><B>Super Soft Skills</B> &ndash; if you don&rsquo;t enjoy helping people solve problems, you likely won&rsquo;t fit&mdash;better to know now!</li><li><B>PMP Certification</B> &ndash; not always required, but having a common language coming in the door never hurts!</li></ul>
