Avera is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera's patient-focused settings. Why is Behavioral Health important? The Avera Behavioral Health Adult B Unit is designed to be a structured, therapeutic environment for adults to learn to understand their diagnosis, develop a Crisis Response Plan, use healthy coping skills and set and complete goals. - The Adult B Unit is a 28 bed unit

- Flexible scheduling program Education and/or Experience
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
- Two years of experience in a patient care setting is preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Licensed as a LPN in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required. Work Schedule
- Varied Shifts, EO wknd/hol/on call; 72hrs/2wks Pay
