Responsibilities for this job include:

- initiating and maintaining communication (phone, e-mails) with candidates regarding the process and their eligibility

- assist coordinating on-campus events, including event logistics, shipment of materials and maintaining inventory of supplies

- sending assessments and tracking candidates through recruitment process; coordinate logistics for company based events, including booking travel for candidates and processing reimbursements

- in-office resource for recruiters during high travel season

- other projects as assigned related to college recruiting team activities.
