What You ll Do- Deliver anesthesia care for adult and limited pediatric surgical procedures, including general, neurosurgical, and deep sedation/MAC cases
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, perioperative staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Conduct preoperative assessments and patient education
- Administer anesthetics, monitor patients, and manage ventilation techniques
- Oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia practices
- Respond effectively to patient emergencies during procedures
- Document care accurately in Epic EMR
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
What You Need- Current Michigan RN license and NBCRNA certification
- Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Minimum of several years of anesthesiology experience; no new graduates
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
