• Alpena, Michigan - northeast Michigan on Lake Huron
• Friendly, picturesque city with abundant outdoor recreation

• Traditional Monday-Friday with some flexibility
• Call: 1:5 covering multiple sites

• U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent - REQUIRED
• Board-eligible or Board-certified - REQUIRED
• Fellowship in Radiation Oncology - REQUIRED
• Must have or be eligible for unrestricted Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance License

• Solo position within radiation oncology team
• Department: 1 linear accelerator (Varian TrueBeam) + additional technology
• EMR: EPIC
• Annual new patients: 300
• Treatments: 15-25/day, average 20/day
• Patient mix: breast, prostate, lung
• Average new consults/week: 3-5
• Average follow-up patients/week: 9-12
• Experienced staff on-site with culture of growth and advancement

• Physician retiring in May 2026
