Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Newberry, MI Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,200 to $2,400 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Newberry, Michigan, 49868! Shift: 12 Hour Nights Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Position Description: 1. General job duties. Types of procedures required. patient assessments, medication administration, assisting providers with procedures (intubation, chest tubes, central lines), assisting with patient transfers, admissions and discharges. 2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) EHR that we utilize is Centriq. The medication dispensing system is Pyxis for both units. 3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. Two years of experience. 4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) BLS, ACLS and PALS. 5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) The employee will never work alone in the ED. 6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) NA 7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. ED is licensed for 5. 8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit.
