Physical Therapist Location: Allegan, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,367 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience License: Pending license accepted; must be active by start date Certifications: Required certifications must be obtained prior to start Must-Have: Experience in Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Geriatrics, and Vestibular therapy assessments is preferred. Experience with EPIC charting system is required. Description: This position is for an outpatient physical therapist. The primary focus will be on orthopedic cases. There is potential to care for geriatrics, pediatrics, and vestibular patients as well. Candidates should have at least one year of experience. First-time travelers are accepted. Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from the facility. Medical and religious exemptions for COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are allowed. Travelers are required to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed. The patient demographic includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The daily patient census is approximately 10 visits, averaging around 10 visits per day. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, and executing therapy using specialized equipment. Additional duties may include utilizing various therapy techniques and modalities as indicated. Candidates should be prepared for a flexible work environment as patient needs may vary.
