Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An Occupational Therapist is sought to support K-12 students with significant needs at a school located in Holt, MI. This full-time, contract position runs from ASAP through June 3, 2026, providing an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively within a dedicated team setting. Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to approximately 40 center-based students with diverse disabilities, ages 3 to 26 Collaborate closely with another full-time onsite OT to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Conduct assessments, provide interventions, and monitor progress to support student development and participation Communicate effectively with educators, families, and related service providers to ensure cohesive care Qualifications: Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license is required Previous experience working in school-based settings highly preferred Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to work alongside multidisciplinary teams in meeting student needs Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining compliance with school and state regulations Location: Holt, MI (serving nearby Lansing area) Type: Contract, full-time, 35 hours/week Start Date: Immediate availability preferred Benefits include the opportunity to positively impact students educational and developmental outcomes within an inclusive school environment.
