Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available at a school setting in Okemos, MI, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students from kindergarten through age 26. This contract role begins as soon as possible and runs through June 3, 2026, with a 35-hour work week. Responsibilities: Provide therapeutic services to approximately 40 center-based students with significant needs Collaborate closely with another full-time Occupational Therapist onsite to deliver coordinated care Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to K-12 students across a wide age range Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary to meet students' educational and developmental goals Comply with all state and federal regulations related to school-based therapy services Qualifications: Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license is required Prior experience working in school settings is highly preferred Strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively Certification relevant to occupational therapy practice must be current and verifiable Location: Okemos, MI This role offers the chance to impact students educational experiences through expert occupational therapy services.
