Ivy Rehab, a distinguished leader in outpatient physical therapy across the US, is looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to expand our commitment to personalized, evidence-based patient care. With a focus on comprehensive therapy services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, Ivy Rehab integrates behavioural analysis to enhance treatment outcomes for patients with behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development and implementation of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) programs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to our mission of improving the quality of life for our patients. Conduct initial assessments and design behavior intervention plans. Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs to patients. Regularly evaluate and document patient progress. Train and coach a team of ABA therapists. Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to integrate behavioral strategies into therapeutic interventions. Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards. Engage with patients' families to support and extend therapy into home environments. Expertise in behavioral assessment and ABA therapy strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to lead and mentor others.
