Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Behavioral Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/24/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, evenings - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health Location: Michigan (Grand Rapids, MI) Duration: 13 Weeks | Positions: 3 Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (40 hrs/week, opportunity for extra shifts up to 48 hrs) Weekend: Every other weekend | On-Call: None Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Health experience (Required) - Active RN license Key Responsibilities: - Assess patient needs and develop care plans with the care team. - Provide and coordinate nursing care while monitoring patient safety. - Document patient information and report changes in patient condition. - Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge planning. - Maintain a safe and patient-centered care environment. - May assist with staff coordination and function as a charge nurse when needed.
