As a Roll Off Driver, you'll handle heavy-duty trucks and are responsible for the collection and transport of waste and recycling materials to designated facilities. Riding the renowned blue trucks, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of our communities. This position requires a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A) and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, safety-focused, and supportive environment. Safely operate a roll-off truck to service accounts while adhering to all safety procedures. Perform pre- and post-trip inspection of the vehicle, documenting any required repairs. Pick up and transport waste and recycling loads to designated facilities. Coordinate with dispatchers and follow route assignments as directed. Work with customers and the public in a professional manner continually promoting company image. Maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the vehicle. Ability to operate roll-off and other heavy-duty trucks safely. Knowledge of local roads and routes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic mechanical skills to perform minor repairs.
