Process customer transactions promptly and accurately. Greet customers, offer assistance, and provide a positive checkout experience. Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties. Assist customers with inquiries, including guiding them in locating products within the store. Comply with inventory control procedures and help reduce losses. Strong numerical efficiency and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to operate cash registers and related technology. Ability to handle transactions quickly and responsibly. Problem-solving skills and ability to manage disputes calmly.
