The team is currently looking for a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to enhance their Anesthesiology department. Job Responsibilities - Provide anesthesia services in an inpatient hospital setting.
- Deliver care across a wide range of surgical and procedural cases.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams.
- Participate in scheduled night and weekend call coverage.
- Respond within 1 hour when on-call and provide services as needed.
- Manage pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations.
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients intraoperatively.
- Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
- Document all patient encounters in EPIC EMR.
- Maintain compliance with hospital credentialing and clinical standards.
Qualifications - Board Certified CRNA is required.
- Active Michigan RN License must be in hand at the time of presentation.
- ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
- 1-2 years of CRNA work experience (not including RN or training).
- Clean malpractice/license history is necessary.
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) is required.
- DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start.
License and Certification Requirements - Active Michigan RN License.
- Board Certified CRNA.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- All required certifications must be active at start.
