• Setting: Level III NICU / Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
• Location: Marquette, Michigan
• Start Date: August 5, 2026
• End Date: Ongoing
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,280 - $3,890
• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM in-facility coverage, with 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM on-call coverage
• Coverage Pattern: Ongoing need for 10-14 days per month
• Patient Volume: Approximately 10 patient encounters per shift
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days

• Board certification in Neonatology preferred; board-eligible candidates may be considered
• Current NRP certification required
• Advanced neonatal procedural experience required
• Ability to manage complex NICU patients with confidence and autonomy
• At least 1 year of neonatal or NICU experience required
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care

• Provide comprehensive newborn and neonatal care in a Level III NICU
• Manage conditions such as respiratory distress syndrome, pulmonary hypertension, pneumothorax, sepsis, seizures, VLBW, and NAS
• Perform advanced neonatal procedures including intubation, chest tube placement, central line placement, paracentesis, spinal taps, exchange transfusion, and thermal cooling
• Support ventilator management, including oscillators and iNO
• Stabilize surgical cases for transport when needed
• Collaborate closely with nursing, respiratory therapy, pediatrics, and specialty consultants to deliver high-quality neonatal care
