Monitor employees’ use of safety glasses, steel toe boots, and other required personal protective equipment. Monitor 5S / general housekeeping to encourage a safer working environment. Perform periodic EHS inspections in accordance with Heico and other regulatory policies. Escalate all unsafe conditions so they can be promptly addressed.
