- Zero waste to landfill company Job Overview We are currently looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Holland, MI.
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will: Provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship to the Chairman. Serves as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the office of the Chairman. Serves as liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. Do you have these required qualifications? - Associate's degree in business, accounting, or secretarial studies, or equivalent job-specific work experience.
- With an Associate's degree: 10+ years of Executive Administrative experience required.
- With a high school diploma: 15+ years of Executive Administrative experience required.
- Must have executive administrative/secretarial experience supporting senior level executive management in large corporation, working under limited supervision, with tight and changing deadlines.
- Must have executive administrative assistant experience working in a global corporation with business units in various time zones.
- Must have executive administrative assistant experience supporting C-level executives. Do you have these preferred qualifications?
- Experience as an executive administrative assistant working for a private, family-owned business.
- Experience supporting a Chairman. Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
