Join us and leave your mark on the journey of innovation and success!FCS CT Global Director, PMO and OpExResponsibilitiesDrive continuous improvement and OpEx initiatives, overseeing the PMO function at Chem-Trend.Collaborate closely with organization leaders to achieve robust business results and sustainable growth.Implement best practices in lean and project management to establish processes emphasizing speed, risk-taking, and organizational effectiveness improvement.Enhance the expertise of PMOs and influential leaders across five regions.Oversee the selection, development and completion of mission-critical business projects ensuring completion on time and within budget; manage and allocate resources effectively.Governance and leadership of projects and initiatives supporting our strategic plan.Create training programs and workshops to boost proficiency in project management, Kaizen, and lean tools.
