My Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Education Project Manager in Architecture to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing educational projects from conception to completion, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.

Lead and manage educational projects from initial concept development through design, construction documentation, and project delivery.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, fostering professional growth and development within the team.
* Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure project profitability and successful project outcomes.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with design intent and industry standards.
* Maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and proactive manner.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex educational projects on time and within budget.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
