We are offering a Full-Time weekend schedule of Friday - Monday, availability on all shifts. Are you passionate about mechanical equipment and supporting associates in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic. Key Responsibilities:Perform complex routine maintenance on plant equipment and understand complex preventative techniquesDiagnose and repair all breakdowns pertaining to machinery, utility services and building structuresSpecify the necessary tools, parts and surplus stock to minimize operational down time of operationsUse hand tools, power tools and preceision measuring and testing instruments to repair and maintain, in accordance with diagrams, blueprints, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipmentComplete all necessary documents fully and accuratelyAdhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications:Perform work under minimal supervisionHandle complex issues and problems and only refer the most complex issues to higher-level staffPossess comprehensive working knowledge of subject matter, including knowledge of electrical, hydraulics and fluid dynamic application4 to 6 years of experience, including experience driving powered industrial equipmentPowered industrial equipment certification preferred Why Join Us?Family-oriented culture: At MacLean-Fogg, we treat our employees like family, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.Growth opportunities: We believe in investing in our employees' professional development and offer opportunities for advancement within the company.Competitive compensation: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including healthcare, retirement plans, and more.Meaningful work: Join a team dedicated to producing high-quality products that make a difference in the world.
