General Summary Processes incoming customer leads (phone and internet) in a prompt, courteous and professional manner ensuring the highest service standards and data entry accuracy. Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Answer all incoming calls via a queue from customers requesting estimates.
- Research customer information for any restrictions such as historical districts, condo associations, etc.
- Gather and enter customer information and schedule in-home sales appointments in Salesforce.
- Contacting customer and/or sales professionals regarding appointment cancellations, reschedules, etc.
- Call volume will fluctuate and so this position may provide administrative support for other departments.
- Filing, faxing, copying and other administrative tasks.
- Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Leads Supervisor. Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma.
- Preferably at least one year experience interacting with customers (i.e. retail, restaurant, service) in some capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively and professionally communicate with customers, sales professionals and other team members.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, high-volume environment with an emphasis on data entry accuracy and timeliness.
- Exceptional follow-through and organizational abilities.
- Ability to be able to work independently or as a team.
