Cedar Creek provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. Cedar Creek Hospital invests in our patients by offering an integrated medicine approach that provides the latest therapies including yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, music therapy and nutrition. As part of our success and innovation in the field we are seeking qualified applicants for a Intake Clinician, LMSW position.

Cedar Creek Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Intake Clinician, to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Intake Clinician, LMSW responds to requests for services and determines clinical appropriateness of each request. Information is normally obtained through initial clinical phone information, followed by clinical evaluation if appropriate for the client and coordinates with the physician regarding patient care needs. T he Intake Clinician will facilitate this process by assisting the client, family and referral sources. They also provide information to clients, families and referral sources regarding treatment programs, insurance and admission procedures.

Hours:

Full Time, 7pm to 7:30am. Schedule includes every third weekend, night shift.

Qualifications

Intake Clinician

LMSW licensed in the State of Michigan required.

Previous intake experience preferred.
