An independent pharmacy with a strong focus on patient care and adherence. We are seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented people to join our staff. We are hiring for a Full Time Customer Service Representative for our store in Warren, MI. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Provide information about the products and services
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Visit doctor offices throughout the day
• Make deliveries
• Assist the pharmacist with daily tasks
• Have great networking skills
• Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate party
• Perform cash register duties
• Visit medical offices Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (Preferred not required)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
