Maintenance Tech I:Inspect, operate, and assess machinery and equipment to identify malfunctions.Disassemble machines, equipment, or devices to access and replace defective parts for repairs.Manage food processing equipment maintenance.Conduct preventive maintenance, including inspecting motors, bearings, belts, fluid levels, and replacing filters.Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical wiring, and installation of new equipment and parts.Record all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance.Notify the supervisor of required parts and inform facility supervisors before undertaking maintenance in food handling areas.Clear tools and debris after completing maintenance activities, notifying appropriate personnel for hygiene and sanitation procedures before facility operations commence.Maintenance Tech II:Engage in fabrication and welding for plant repairs and upgrades.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment using various test equipment, including voltmeters and clamp-on amp meters.Utilize pneumatic controls for building and troubleshooting equipment.Repair electrical equipment and maintain electronic frequency drives/inverters.Justify costs for equipment and process changes.Initiate purchase orders for parts and machines.Document work thoroughly for tracking in Preventive Maintenance programs.Operate and maintain boilers, with records kept for monitoring chemical usage.Operate and maintain ammonia/glycol refrigeration, maintaining records.Analyze production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for job completion.Maintenance Tech III - Electrician:Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic equipment, including programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gages, and test equipment.Plan and execute work with in-depth knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories, writing specifications, local and national electrical codes, material properties, and principles of operation and application of electronic equipment.Install, start up, and shut down equipment following company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.Advise operators and line mechanics on safe operation procedures with electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment.Inform appropriate management and line mechanics of potential electrical/mechanical problems and associated dangers.Maintain performance and maintenance records for identified equipment as per company requirements.Conduct preventive maintenance as directed.Assist maintenance personnel with technical troubleshooting.Provide assistance and training to other maintenance and technical level employees.Pay Rate: $25-$35/hrIf interested, please apply, or you can send your resume directly to my email: Narriviello judge.com More...
