What You'll Do

    Full responsibility for the profit/loss of the office, including all service linesDepartment Managers within the office will report directly to the Office ManagerPersonnel recruitmentManagement and training of employeesFinancial management, marketing and business developmentManagerial and administrative duties required for developing and growing an officeYou will be expected to be a self-starter with strong marketing and business development skills, have a 'roll up your sleeves' mentality to get things done, and be a team builder with the ability to both bring in and do the workYou will be tasked with getting the firm's name out in the marketplace
    What We're Looking For

    • BS in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field required; MS degree preferred
    • 10 - 15 years of consulting experience related to building envelopes, engineering design or inspection
    • Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE)
    • Experience in consulting and/or with a consulting firm is required
