Job Description Associate Veterinarian – $50,000 Sign-On Bonus, East Falmouth, MA A small-animal general practice in East Falmouth, Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative, community-focused team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building long-term relationships with pets and their families, providing wellness and sick appointments, performing surgeries, diagnostics, and dental care. About the Practice: This established clinic provides comprehensive care for dogs and cats, including wellness exams, sick visits, surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics. The practice emphasizes a collaborative, friendly work environment where staff provide individualized, compassionate care and build trust with clients. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Serving Falmouth, Mashpee, and Bourne areas on the upper Cape of Massachusetts. Compensation: Competitive base salary with production opportunities and no negative accrual. $50,000 sign-on bonus included.
