Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Salem, MA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,459 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/19/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Rotating Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of continuous MICU experience required License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Ability to read telemetry strips - Floating required to Medical/Surgical Units - Competency in telemetry Description: Position requires 2 years of experience in an adult intensive care setting. Candidates must have continuous work experience in one location, preferably in an MICU. Floating is required, mostly to Medical/Surgical units, with a patient load of up to 4 or 5 patients. Rotating shifts may include day and evening shifts as needed, with some positions on nights. The RN to patient ratio is 1:2 or 1:1 for high acuity patients. When floated, the ratio may adjust to 1:4 or 1:5. This position involves caring for a wide range of adult patients, including those with complex medical conditions. Certifications in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support are required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity environment.
