Registered Nurse (RN) | Surgical Intensive Care Unit Location: Boston, MA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,259 per week Shift Information: 3 days Contract Duration: 15 Weeks Start Date: 4/12/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN ICU Profession: RN Specialty: RN ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: DNR - 12x3 - 07,19 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 3 years minimum License: BLS Must-Have: 2 years ICU experience required 1 year travel experience required Description: The position is for an RN in a Burn ICU. The unit typically cares for adult complex surgical patients, including burns, along with acutely ill medical patients. While thermal burns constitute a minority of our patients, the focus remains on critical care for the diverse patient population. This ICU operates under a closed model, where all patients are cared for by the same team. Advanced Practice Providers serve as the primary ICU care providers, supported by surgical teams and consultants. The multispecialty care team model includes APPs and residents supervised by in-house attending ICU staff physicians available 24/7. Critical care fellows also provide support on the unit. Candidates should have the ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
