Pay Start at $16.50/Hour Responsibilities: Supporting the Six Flags Mantra – Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service Understanding requirements of various positions to ensure that team members are only scheduled for positions they are appropriately trained Obtaining team member availabilities three weeks in advance to coordinate and enter schedules Entering schedules into Optim8 scheduling system Coordinating with Trainers to issue schedules to incoming team members Maintaining of time off requests, drop/add shift requests, availability changes, employee messages pertaining to scheduling Reporting any departmental scheduling issues or staffing issues to Food & Beverage Management Team Ensuring that schedules are accurate, and comply with all applicable labor standards ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies Complying with and enforcing department grooming guidelines Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned Qualifications: Passion for helping others succeed Ability to work in a confidential environment Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail Sense of Fun 18 years old or older Willing to work in a high-performance team environment Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc. Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language More...
