Develop and supervise the nutritional aspects of patient care across both facility-based and home-based settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to integrate and optimize patient dietary care plans. Conduct patient assessments and create personalized nutrition strategies to aid in recovery and health maintenance. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of dietitians and nutritionists within the organization. Stay updated on the latest nutritional science research and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care. Organize training and development sessions for department staff on the latest dietary care procedures and technologies. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards related to dietetics and nutrition. Expert knowledge of clinical dietetics and nutrition management. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to develop and implement personalized and effective nutritional programs. Proficient in the use of dietary analysis software and electronic health records.
