This position provides an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and requires a hands-on approach to leadership and supervision within our operational settings. Manage and coordinate daily operations during assigned shifts. Supervise a team of logistics personnel and drivers to achieve performance targets. Enforce safety and compliance standards within the facility and among the fleet. Train new employees and provide ongoing training and support to all staff. Monitor and optimize resource allocation and workflow. Address and resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the shift. Implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Report key operational metrics and shift summaries to higher management.
