Production Associates – Pad/Print or Packing/Shipping Location: New Bedford, MA Manpower is hiring Production Associates to support Acushnet Company/Titleist in the manufacturing and packaging of Titleist golf balls. If you’re dependable, quick to learn, and ready for overtime when needed, this could be the perfect opportunity to join a winning team! Shifts & Pay 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri OT) — $19.38/hr 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri OT) — $20.15/hr 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sun–Thu OT) — $21.32/hr What You’ll Do Pad Print Department Operate 2–5 color pad print machines to stamp golf balls accurately. Complete first-ball inspections and ongoing quality checks. Track production and complete order entries in Viewlocity. Maintain equipment, including changing/cleaning ink wells, plates, and pads. Pack & Ship Department Operate automated packaging machines. Support dryroom processes and restock materials. Prepare, label, and organize orders for shipment. Pack golf balls into sleeves, boxes, and shipping cartons. Sort trucks by ball type, order size, and packing area. What You Need Reliable transportation. Ability to read and write English fluently.
