Our client, a leading organization in the sporting goods industry, is seeking a Product Configuration Analyst to join their team. As a Product Configuration Analyst, you will be part of the Product Operations Department supporting global product setup and data management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Product Configuration Analyst Location: Fair Haven, MA Pay Range: $26.44 Shift: M-F 8am-4:30pm What's the Job? Execute the process that supports global setup of products in key systems, including ERP, Product Lifecycle Management, and customization platforms. Oversee and manage incoming support tickets via Jira, communicating needs, delegating to peers, and prioritizing tasks effectively. Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into updated change and program management processes. Create test plans, perform testing, and validate results to ensure system accuracy and efficiency. Provide clear technical documentation and training for stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and knowledge sharing. What's Needed? Minimum of 2 years of experience working with ERP systems, with a preference for SAP S4 Hana. Experience in business systems, master data management, and ad-hoc reporting, with SQL knowledge preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel. Strong knowledge of ERP principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills to thrive in a dynamic environment. What's in it for me?
