Our client, a leader in manufacturing and precision engineering, is seeking a CNC Milling Operator to join their dedicated team. As a CNC Milling Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: CNC Milling Operator Location: East Longmeadow, MA Pay: $21.75/hr Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm What's the Job? Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications Set up and calibrate machinery to ensure optimal performance Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety protocols and report any issues promptly What's Needed? Previous experience operating CNC milling machines preferred Strong attention to detail and precision Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Reliable and punctual work ethic What's in it for me?
